House Rules

1. No parking at the streetside along the property from 11am to 3pm on every Tuesday . As Tuesday is a sweeping day from Azusa City. You would get a $50 ticket from the City if you do not move the car to the other side of the street or park on the driveway. 2. LATE CHECK-OUTS - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late check-outs may be in compliance with our partnered cleaning company. 3. OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothes. 4.. PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property. 5. Always shut off the AC/Heater and light when you are away.

Firstly, Nina was an amazing host. I felt like if I had any issues she would be there to respond in a timely manner. Asuza is a beautiful place and was located very central for our needs of travel. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. You definitely get your moneys worth and would stay here again if I needed to. Very clean and safe Thank you!

One bedroom place to sleep. Clean and easy. No trouble. Nina was very helpful and friendly. She was very informative. Easy to work with and not demanding. Easy and accurate instructions. Be aware. There is no kitchen. But there is a refrigerator for your items that require cooling. We appreciate the easy and pleasant stay.

Public Transportation: Foothill Transit Line 280 serves the are, with stops along Azusa Ave, requiring a short walk or, ideally, a ride-share for the final, steeper section toward the San Gabriel Mountains.
